Export Policy

Portable data is part of the promise.

ZorvaPulse is positioned as a personal finance system you can leave with your data intact. This page outlines the intended principles behind exporting account records in a production environment.

Structured Exports

Financial records should be exportable in practical formats such as CSV or JSON for portability and backup purposes.

Readable Data

Exports should preserve clear field names for assets, liabilities, goals, income, expenses, and supporting notes wherever possible.

User-Controlled

Exports are initiated by the authenticated account owner and should not be generated for anonymous visitors.

Supported Scope

Exports may include profile-linked financial records such as assets, liabilities, goals, income entries, expenses, insurance records, and snapshots where available in the active deployment.

Security Expectations

Export files can contain sensitive financial information. They should be downloaded only by authenticated users and stored responsibly by the recipient after download.

Operational Note

Some export capabilities may depend on the modules enabled in the current environment. Product teams should document which export formats are active before production rollout.

Export features are best treated as a user-rights feature, not a hidden admin tool. That expectation is reflected throughout this product copy.
