By creating an account or using ZorvaPulse ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use the Service. ZorvaPulse is operated by its creator ("we", "us", "Satham Hussain") and is currently in continuous development.

02What the Service does

ZorvaPulse is a private financial tracking tool designed to help you organize your net worth. It is not a financial advisor, broker, or investment platform. All data provided or calculated by the service is for informational purposes only and should not be treated as professional financial advice.

03Your account

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
• One account per person. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or appear fraudulent.

04Your data

You own all financial data you enter into ZorvaPulse. We do not claim any ownership rights over your data. You can export your data (CSV or JSON) or permanently delete your account at any time from your settings. Refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your information securely.

05Acceptable use

• No illegal activities or fraudulent use of the service.
• No attempts to access other users' data or accounts.
• No reverse-engineering, scraping, or automated interaction with the APIs.
• No distribution of malware or harmful scripts through the service.

06Plans and pricing

ZorvaPulse current offerings include:

• Free Access:Limited to 60 days of usage. Includes basic tracking features.
• Pro Lifetime:A one-time payment for permanent access to all advanced features, unlimited assets, and priority tools.

Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice to active subscribers. Lifetime access remains unaffected.

07Refund policy

Pro Lifetime purchases are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied for any reason. After 7 days, purchases are non-refundable as you retain permanent access to global features. The Free Trial does not require payment, so no refund applies.
