Accuracy of profile data (Google/Email) is mandatory. You are the sole operator responsible for maintaining the security of your session credentials.
ZorvaPulse uses manual entry and CSV imports. You are strictly responsible for error-free data entry. Net worth outputs are purely reflective of your inputs.
One ZorvaPulse Pulse belongs to one biological individual. Collective or shared usage of access tiers is a violation of the protocol.
The system reserves the right to suspend accounts used for illegal arbitrage, fraudulent reporting, or safety protocol violations.
You agree NOT to engage in the following destructive behaviors:
Jurisdictional fraud, tax evasion, or money laundering activities.
Unauthorized injection, scraping, or brute-force access of ZorvaPulse nodes.
Reverse-engineering proprietary rebalancing and drift engines.
Deployment of non-human agents or bots to interaction with the pulse.
Our platform provides Algorithmic Wealth Tracking. Outputs—including but not limited to Rebalancing suggestions and Strategic Drifts—are NOT certified financial advice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted pulse access.
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, ZorvaPulse and its operators shall not be liable for incidental financial damages.
Monthly Tiers: Access is final for the current cycle. No partial refunds.
Lifetime Pulse: 7-day initial satisfaction window. After Day 7, access is permanent and non-refundable. Contact support@zorvapulse.com for routings. Prices include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will not be affected by price increases during their current billing period.
You can disengage from the Pro tier from Settings → Subscription. Access remains interactive until the final timestamp. Pulse then reverts to the Free Baseline with read-only preservation of over-limit assets.
Account Deletion from the Danger Zone is immediate and irreversible. All vectors and data pulse snapshots are purged from production nodes.
Zero-Bank-Sync Policy: We never request provider credentials.
Users retain 100% legal ownership of their financial vectors.

ZorvaPulse software, design schematics, and rebalancing logic are the exclusive property of ZorvaPulse. Illegal cloning or design reproduction is prohibited.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZorvaPulse and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or legal expenses arising from your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or any illegal activity conducted through your account.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
ZorvaPulse is designed with user data protection in mind and aims to align with applicable Indian data protection laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
